Currency and Prices
All prices shown on this site are listed in Australian currency and all transactions are settled in Australian dollars $ AUD. If you are ordering from a country other than Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can order by credit card and your currency will automatically be converted to Australian dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. A currency conversion fee may also be charged to you by your bank. The final charge to your credit card is made in Australian dollars and your bank or credit provider determines the ultimate conversion rate. Little Boys Toys are not able to take responsibility for the final amount charged to your card.
GST (Goods and Services Tax)
Little Boys Toys is not currently registered for GST purposes.
Contract of Sale Agreement
The products available on this website are only available for sale to persons who are capable of making legally binding contracts. The products are not available to anyone under the age of 18 years and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.
Pre-Order Status
The availability of products viewed as "pre-order" are such that the product is unavailable for immediate delivery, as it is an out of stock item awaiting fulfilment by Little Boys Toys from the distributor. The product will be dispatched promptly to the customer once it has arrived at the Little Boys Toys premises.
Delivery
Shipping is made via Australia Post or other couriers. All risk of the delivery will be passed to the customer once the items have been provided to Australia Post or other courier. Delivery can not be made to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is supplied as a delivery address, Little Boys Toys will endeavour to contact the buyer to make alternate delivery arrangements. Little Boys Toys will not be held accountable for any delay in delivery due to a PO Box being given as the address for delivery. KidKraft products are shipped directly from the distributor warehouse via courier and require a signature upon delivery. If a no-one is available to accept the shipment at time of delivery additional charges may be incurred. Any additional costs will be passed onto the customer. It is advised that customers should endeavour to provide an address where they know someone will be availble to sign for the shipment.
Alternate delivery arrangements may be arranged with Little Boys Toys, please contact us with any special requests. Any additional costs will be charged to the customer.
Shipping Costs and Shipping Cap to Australian Addresses
All shipping costs to Australian addresses are calculated on Australia Post charges to a maximum shipping cap for shipping to Australian addresses only. The shipping cap to Australian addresses is set at $25. Little Boys Toys Pty Ltd reserve the right to alter the shipping rates and the shipping cap any any time without notice. The shipping cap does not extend to International orders or orders with alternate or special delivery arrangements.
International Orders and Shipping
Please email debra.cannon@littleboystoys.com or use the Contact Us form with your order details and a shipping quote and payment details will be generated and emailed within 48. Upon agreement and once payment has cleared, goods will be shipped to the nominated address. Please note that KidKraft products can NOT be shipped to international addresses at this time.
Flat Rate Shipping
Flat rate shipping only applies to deliveries made to Australian addresses. All international orders will be issued with an additional shipping invoice to be settled prior to dispatch.
Order cancellation by Customer
An order may only be cancelled by the customer by contacting Little Boys Toys via phone, email or the contact us tab, prior to the order dispatch, which usually occurs within 24 hours of the clearance of the payment.

We reserve the right not to provide goods or services or cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time and will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of this right.
Payment
Payments will be accepted via Paypal or direct deposit. Pre approval must be sought to pay via cheque. All payments are subject to clearance prior to final processing of order. If ordering products that require a custom shipping quote via email, notification with invoice will be attached for payment via direct deposit only. The direct deposit and Paypal payment methods are both accepted via the Little Boys Toys website. You are not required to hold a Paypal account to complete checkout, you may pay via credit card without logging into a personal Paypal account – this option will be given to you on the initial Paypal checkout page. To login to Paypal use your personal log in details as held with Paypal. To use a credit card without logging into Paypal follow the link on the left side of the initial Paypal page.
Discount Codes and Coupons
Discount codes and coupons are provided on occasion to specific customers which may or may not include free shipping. Little boys Toys reserves the right to cancel any order that misuses a discount code or coupon. Further, Little Boys Toys will only honor a purchase using a discount or free shipping code that was intended for the specific customer. Little Boys Toys will not validate or honour any codes that have been shared on a discount code sharing website or other mass social networking site. If you have any queries as to whether your discount code or free shipping code is valid then please feel free to contact us using the 'Contact Us' form.

Competitions
On occassion Little Boy Toys may refer to competitions, either on the website or via Facebook. Please note that at this stage Little Boys Toys does not run or administer any competitions and has no liability for those who enter such competitions run by other companies, manufacturers or other third parties. If you are interested in entering competitions we reccommend you visit a dedicated competition website which lists most competitions within Australia called www.lottos.com.au
